GENERAL INFO:

1) Please note: To order, simply use the order form given in the tab above. Only orderings are allowed to be sent to psychedelic@ymail.com; for enquiries, feedbacks and suggestions, please email to ask_psychedelic@ymail.com.

2) Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, an invoice will be issued and e-mailed to you. Please retain the invoice as proof of purchase as well as for identification purposes in cases of personal delivery for the ordered items.

3) All purchases are only valid in Singapore only, foreigners who wish to purchase, do email me beforehand.

4) Payment must be made or all orders will be forfeited.

5) Strictly no reserving of any items is allowed without payment.

6) All Pre-Ordered goods are BRAND NEW, unless otherwise stated.

7) All goods will NOT be checked for defects by the seller before mailing if item is sealed and packaged beforehand to protect buyers' interest. Proper protective plastic wrappers / bubble wraps (subjected to the seller) will be done to ensure that your item(s) will reach you in the best possible condition.

8) All items will be mailed within 2-3working days after payment transferred for in-stock items or after stocks have arrived for pre-orders.

9) All goods are considered sold, and are non-refundable/exchangable, after payment is made. Please note that cancellation of any order is not allowed after payment is made.

10) You are to be fully responsible for understanding the product(s) that you are interested in before placing your order with us. Should you have any doubts, feel free to send in ur enquiries via email or through the tagboard.

11) Due to the above reason mentioned, I am not liable for any discomfort, allergy, irritation, etc that occurs from usage of the product(s) purchased from our website. I will try my best to ensure that products are safe for usage.

12) All prices on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

13) Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.

14) Colours may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution.

15) All information including prices, availability of items, product information, special offers/promotions are subjected to changes without prior notice.

16) Personal information which buyers provide will be kept confidential. Should there be any changes, buyers are to inform me immediately to avoid misunderstandings.

17) I am not responsible for any damage caused by factory defects, and/or during postage.

SPREES / PREORDERS

1) Please allow 2-3 working days after spree(s) ended for pre-orders to be consolidated, finalised and sent to supplier after spree closes.

2) Goods will arrive in the time stated in the spree. The time stated in NOT inclusive of the days used to consolidate and send orders. Buyers' patience regarding the delay in production would be greatly appreciated.

3) Refunds will only be made for stocks that are totally unable to restock. Restocking items and late shipment will not be refunded.

4) If there is a fixed quota of the amount of spree items placed, and all buyers are strictly not allowed to exceed the amount stated.

5) Payment must be made or all orders will be forfeited.

6) Strictly no reserving of any items is allowed without payment.

7) I am not responsible for any damage caused by factory defects, and/or during shipment.

8) Please do not join spree if you are unable to wait.

POSTAGE / MEET-UP DETAILS.

1) All prices are exclusive of postage/shipping fee, unless otherwise stated.

2) I am not liable for any lost/damaged mails if buyer opts for normal postage.

3) Should you choose Registered Mail (Local/Overseas) for your purchase, we will furnish you with the Registered Article (RA) No. issued by SingPost after your parcel is shipped out. You are responsible to check the status of your Registered Mail from SingPost RA Information Status; or to make any request for transfer or redelivery of your Registered Mail.

4) Meet-up is available but is strictly subjected to seller's convenience.

• Meet-ups are only available at mrt stations and NYP only.
  
  
• I prefer to meet up at either Sembawang or Yio Chu Kang MRT Stations.
  
  
• Delivery for meet-ups will be free of charge usually, but if buyer requests for a meetup at a circumstance whereby the seller is not convenient to meet up due to travelling distance, time issues, and/or due to seller's schedule, a surcharge between $1-$2.50 will be charged per item ordered.
  

SUPPLIER / COPYRIGHT ISSUES:

1) Any enquiries about the information of the supplier and/or the source of goods will not be entertained.

2) Information that will reveal the sources of the goods (logos, website links, etc) will be removed from the content to avoid any misunderstandings.

3) I am not liable for any copyright issues to the original sources, but any content of this blog is protected and is not allowed to be duplicated outside this blog.

4) In any case whereby the source is being discovered and revealed by any parties, I am not liable to providing any information, or be involved in the discussions.

MAILING LIST:

1) Members of Psychedelic Shop's mailing list will be entitled with the priviledge of being the first to be updated with the upcoming activities, and thus able to place orders first. Discounts and offers may also be given exclusively to mailing list members only at my own discretion.

2) Personal information of the members will be kept confidential.

3) Buyers have to ensure that the blog's email address psychedelic@ymail.com is added to your safe list and/or address book, in order to guarantee that the email(s) can reach you and not diverted to your junk/spam or trash folders.

ENQUIRIES/FEEDBACK VIA EMAIL:

2) Do note that all enquiries/feedback via email takes more time to be replied than posting on the tagboard.

FOR FEEDBACK:

1) Your comments are important to Psychedelic Shop thus feel free to give CONSTRUCTIVE feedback after purchase!

2) All unreasonable and unpleasant comments/demands deemed by Psychedelic Shop from buyers will be automatically ignored, deleted, and blocked from the official email. Buyer(s) who performed this act will also blacklisted.

TAGBOARD ISSUES:

1) Psychedelic Shop's tagboard is STRICTLY FOR ENQUIRIES/ORDERING ONLY. NO ADVERTISEMENTS/PROMOTING OF ANY CONTENT WITHOUT PSYCHEDELIC SHOP'S PERMISSION. All ads will be removed immediately without piror notice, and I.P address blocked to prevent future disturbance.

2) If you would like to advertise through Psychedelic Shop, do read below on the shop's policy to allow advertisements.


ADVERTISEMENTS / AFFILIATES:

All advertisements and interested shops who wish to be added under Psychedelic Shop's affiliates, please contact via EMAIL ONLY stating clearly in the subject your purpose.

FOR AFFILIATES:

Psychedelic Shop welcomes any shop and websites to be affiliates, but terms and conditions apply:

1.1 Psychedelic Shop's Image Link (available at the sidebar) must be displayed on the shop's main page for ONE WEEK before your image link is added under the Affiliates Tab.

1.2 All image link(s) will be displayed strictly for one-month only.

1.3 After your image link is added, Psychedelic Shop's image link must still be displayed at the main page for the one-month of affiliation.

1.4 If you wish to be displayed permanently in Psychdelic Shop's main page, a low-cost rate of $5 will be charged every month and there will be no limit to how long you wished to be linked. :)

1.4.1 Payment must be made immediately for Condition 1.4

FOR ADVERTISEMENTS:

1) Do read under TAGBOARD ISSUES for the shop's rule of not advertising under the tagboard with Psychedelic Shop's official permission.

2) Shop owners are welcomed to advertise under the tagboard and be one of the affiliates, please read through our Payment Scheme below.

2.1. A low-cost rate of $2.50 will be charged for 4 tags in the tagboard for a month.

2.2 Rates: $2.50 for 4 tags a month. $5 for 10 tags a month.

2.3 Payment must be made immediately before placing your advertisement.

3) For first-time offence, advertisements/promotions will be removed immediately and there will be no notice given to shop owners.

4) Psychedelic Shop will approach shop owners who performed a second act of offence, in purpose to warn the shop to stop the offence, and will also proposed the idea of advertising at a low-cost rate.

5) For the third offence or more repeated acts, Psychedelic Shop will automatically acknowledge the shop to be under the Payment Scheme, and will be issued an official receipt to make compulsory payment within 24hours.

6) Psychedelic Shop can choose to ignore/blacklist any unreasonable shop and its owner(s) without prior notice.

SWAPS:

Psychedelic Shop allows minimum swapping, and reserves the right to NOT serve/entertain/reply to buyers who are deemed persistent, or unreasonable, in future without notice (at our sole discretion).


BLACKLISTING BUYERS:

Psychedelic Shop reserves the right to blacklist and NOT to serve/entertain/reply to buyers in future (at our sole discretion) who go Missing-In-Action (MIA), who is/are inconsiderate, make insincere/unreasonable enquiries and/or orders, do not respond to the seller's emails and/or make payment after the stated deadline or after placing an order, or no order from buyers after multiple enquiries, etc.
